Who we are. HighLevelers (gohighlevelers.com) is an independent affiliate site operated by Marketlinx DIGITAL / Gareth Richardson. I am not HighLevel, and I am not an employee or agent of HighLevel. I promote HighLevel products and events under the HighLevel Affiliate Program.
What this site is
This is a static site hosted on Netlify. The root page is an evergreen HighLevelers hub that helps visitors pick DIY HighLevel, workshop training, or done-for-you setup. Campaign workshop pages live under /workshop/. The site also links out to HighLevel and offers an email contact for done-for-you setup.
Data I collect
I collect optional emails through Netlify forms on this site. The workshop form may also store conversational answers (for example role, HighLevel status) with your email. I do not intentionally set first-party tracking cookies for analytics or advertising on this page.
- Hub waitlist form (hub-waitlist): If you submit the signup form on the hub, Netlify stores your email and optional name. I use that only for closely related follow-up about HighLevel and this site. I do not sell emails.
- Workshop waitlist form (workshop-waitlist): If you submit the workshop waitlist on /workshop/, Netlify stores the email address and the conversational answers you chose (role, HighLevel status, biggest snag, plus a short answers summary) so I can notify you when HighLevel opens registration and understand who is waiting. I use that email only to send the official workshop registration link (with my affiliate code) and closely related follow-up about that workshop. I do not sell waitlist emails.
- Hosting logs: Netlify (the host) may automatically collect standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, referring URL and timestamps when you request a page. That is controlled by Netlify’s infrastructure, not by custom scripts on this page.
- Direct email: If you email gareth@ghl4u.com, that email is handled in ordinary email, not via this static site.
- Outbound links: Affiliate links go to HighLevel (gohighlevel.com). When you leave this site, HighLevel’s own privacy policy and cookies apply. HighLevel may know you arrived via an affiliate referral parameter (for example fp_ref).
Cookies
I do not add third-party analytics, pixels or marketing tags on this static page. Netlify may set cookies required for security, CDN or similar hosting functions. I do not control every cookie a host may set.
If you follow a link to HighLevel, that site may set its own cookies. Please review HighLevel’s privacy materials on their domain.
The hub may load a third-party Tavus AI avatar embed (script from unpkg / Tavus). That embed is optional demo media. Tavus may process technical data under its own terms when the embed runs. You can skip that section entirely.
Affiliate relationship
I earn a commission if you buy through my link. Commission does not change the price you pay. This site is not an official HighLevel property. Branding here (HighLevelers / Marketlinx DIGITAL) is independent and is not meant to look like HighLevel’s own marketing site.
What I do not do
- I do not sell your personal data from this site.
- I do not make income guarantees about workshops or HighLevel subscriptions.
- I do not offer unauthorised discounts.
Children
This site is aimed at business operators. It is not directed at children.
Changes
If I change forms, analytics or other data practices, I will update this page. The “Last updated” date above will change.
